The Department of Animal Biosciences recently collaborated with Innovation News Network to create a suite of communication materials that highlight the department's leadership in agricultural education, research, and innovation.
First, a series of short articles were published that provides readers with a snapshot of the department and its strengths. The eBook expands on these stories and showcases our department as the only one of its kind in Canada and highlights the University of Guelph's position as a global leader in agriculture. Through engaging storytelling and impactful visuals, these publications feature the department's strengths in animal health, genetics, sustainability, aquaculture, poultry, equine, and companion animal research, while emphasizing the hands-on learning opportunities available in world-class facilities including research stations, institutes and centres.
To complement the eBook, a video was also developed to help tell the story of how ABSc is preparing the next generation of agricultural leaders through innovative teaching, groundbreaking research, and strategic partnerships.
