The Meat Lab. Manager is responsible for the operation of the meat lab facility, enabling the efficient provision of these services to clients (faculty, staff and students) from the various segments of the University and to outside industry agencies. 

The Meat Lab Manager provides day-to-day financial and administrative duties for the Meat Lab, coordinating personnel to make the best use of talents, time and capital available while maintaining efficient operations of the facility. He is the liaison with faculty researchers with regards research trials. When not supporting research projects, the manager will procure contract work with outside livestock agencies or the meat processing industry to generate additional revenue.
