I graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology in May 2022, followed by a Master of Science in Equine Physiology under the supervision of Dr. Wendy Pearson in September 2023. I am currently a PhD candidate in Dr. Pearson’s lab, where my research investigates the impact of dietary PUFA supplementation on tissue adaptation to exercise stress. My work focuses on bridging the gap between biochemical measurements of joint inflammation and functional outcomes assessed through upper body asymmetry analysis. In addition to my research, I also guest lecture on topics related to physiology, inflammation, and objective gait analysis.
