"Enhancing One Health and One Welfare in Agriculture" Abstract: During this presentation, Dr. Meagan King will introduce herself and her research goals, all of which centre around the concept of improving human and animal lives through the One Health and One Welfare frameworks. She will discuss specific research themes including: 1) Interconnections between human, animal, and environmental well-being, 2) Precision technology to monitor animal behaviour & physiology, and 3) Simple strategies to improve animal welfare.
